These frameworks can aid in reducing anxiety, improving personal organization, confidence, and ensuring client safety. Nurses need to take into account available time, client and family preferences, client activities, and medication therapy, as mentioned above. Meanwhile, short-term acute client care needs and problems take priority over longer-term chronic needs.
